Recipes to make your own

The price of girl scout cookies keeps rising so perhaps you could consider making your own after you buy a couple boxes from the girl scouts. Also, you can enjoy them during the months after cookie season is over.

Baking Bites has a list of some cookie recipes you can make at home. The ones listed there are available to purchase this year.

I will be looking for recipes for discontinued girl scout cookies. Hopefully, this will bring you a way to make cookies you miss.

Where the information was found

The cookies listed here were found from posts and comments on bakingbites.com, about.com, and from the official site of Girl Scouts.

Girl Scout cookies are somewhat of an American tradition, and most people remember some flavor or other fondly which has been discontinued, and the purpose of this site is to collect this information mostly for archival purposes but also to satisfy my personal curiosity.

I will continue to search for other sites which list some past cookies and update the original list.
